My belief is the Technology and Design can solve lots of problems we face in world today. TED is a non-profit promoting this belief. There were some interesting presentations at TED conference link below.

What impressed me was the presentation by Pranav Mistry, researcher of the “Sixth Sense” fame. Nice thing to note in this is the fact that the invention uses lots of technology available today. The hardware used is available today and it is matter of an innovator using this with software and you have something with is very cool and full of possibilities.
